The energy is automatically relaxing once you step into the office. Nykia was very personable and attentive, especially to the areas that needed more work. She answered all of questions with kindness and insight- they have a lot to offer. I had a lot of tension in my upper and lower back that is gone. 11/10 do recommend going in for your next spa experience!

Had an amazing experience for my first steam. She was very attentive ad to explaining every experience. I went in for a yoni steam, the salt cave, and oxygen bar. They do ask personal questions, but that is for the safety and wellbeing of you and the staff. It also helps her modify a specific type of steam for your intimate part. The salt cave was calm quiet and comfortable. I was in a lounge chair, blanket, headphones, lights off (for me specifically), and warm (chosen by me).
