AVOID. This place is an absolute SCAM, prices are totally overpriced. When we used to live there the building got sold multiple times between companies and they kept our $700 deposit. When we try to claim it they said that the administration made a fee adjustment and the balance was on $0.00 we are going to proceed legally.

Terrible apartment building that keeps being sold to new owners but handled just as badly. -The trash room is next to the lobby and sometimes isn't emptied on time making the whole lobby smell like death. -Breakers are shared between apartments so you sometimes cannot have too many things plugged or else you and your neighbors will loose electricity. -Holes in the wall and ceiling which ''will get fixed'' but are never handled until the tenants leave the building. -Bad insulation make the whole apartments so cold during the ... read more
