If this review is still up, then we are still in probate. My father's probate was assigned in February 2022. While we have been able to schedule meetings with Mr Place, he and the legal aid Janice have been very reassuring. Though they sympathize with the unforeseeable hardships our simple probate case is having, Mr place apparently forgot who we were by the 2nd meeting (thinking we were probating my mother's death instead of my father's.) As of now I've not received any further status of probate, life insurance, or updated ... read more
