My husband and I have had the BEST experience at Pla-Mor in Ashland and Mechanicsville! Christina was so kind and helpful with our questions and purchase of our hot tub! The staff is very helpful every time we go in to have our water tested and purchase supplies. 😊
If I could leave 10 stars I would! EVERY single interaction with this company has left me feeling very satisfied. From the people answering the phone to the people testing the pool water, checking me out at the register, helping me pick out my chemicals, to the service team who comes out to do pool maintenance!!🤯 I have never been less than pleased with them. Good service and customer service is hard to find these days, sometimes especially with a larger company. Not these guys!! A++ all the way around!
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Pla Mor Pools now for 38 years. They put my 20 x 40 vinyl liner pool in July 1986. The owners, staff, and technical people have always been very professional, dependable, most efficient, and very honest over the 38 years. I am most grateful for dealing with this family owned business for the past 38 years.
If I could go lower I would. I called for 3 weeks to get on schedule to open our pool..and no one would call back. Then they told me they couldnt service my pool because they were too busy and didn't have enough technicians to open the pool. They just lost a potential customer and didn't even care. Customer service was not good and extremely condescending. What a shame for a small family business.
