Started an estate plan with PLA back in October of 2022. Initial conversation with attorney went well. Upon receiving the documents for review, my wife and I noticed that it was t full of errors. Names were spelled incorrectly, and my wife’s documents were literally copied and pasted from mine. In her docs wherever it was to reference me (her husband) it would say wife. Unprofessional office. Promises to make appointments, but does not even respond or notify that there is no availability- even a week later in time critical cases.
