Horrible service! The customer service rep that I had the pleasure of speaking with name was Julia. She refused to give me her first name. The first time I interacted with her in reference to a call number that was sent out by the appliance company for repair, she told me she had no information and that the call number was not sent and to call back tomorrow. PLA APPLIANCE REPAIR SERVICE, now goes by the name LEO SOLUTIONS (929)356-6882. I had the pleasure of speaking to Sophia who was very rude and when she answered the phone, she said "hello repair company", I asked "what is the name of the company" she hung up on me. I called back and she claimed the call was disconnected and explained that we are Leo solutions but was once called PLA Appliance Repair Service. Horrible experience. Never mind that they do not come within the 4 hour window that they tell you, but they told me that I needed 3 parts for my fridge and that it needed to be unplugged and defrosted for 24 hours before they could change them. When they come back, they were very late after I had already taken off 1/2 day of work and turned off my fridge for 24 hours, and when I called they were extremely rude and told me to wait.
