As with most toys - they can be a great joy or a real pain in the a$$.!!! These guys are incredible - great, and thanks to James and his dedication and extreme patience he found what was a really annoying gremlin causing my bike to act crazy. It did take some time for the poor guy to finally find the issue, but after showing me where and what it was, I am surprised that he found it at all. The best set of mechanics hands down
Get ready for a very very very very long turn around to get your bike back. First time it took 6 weeks together with a hefty cost (when promised I wouldn't be "slugged" - I'd hate to see what the slugging price would have been) to find and issue that eventually reoccurred. Second time, going on to 3 weeks and still no bike. I guess if you're going in for a regular service, you'll pay the average going price. They are friendly, but friendliness isn't everything at the end of the day - its how well the work is done
As a young guy, I also love classic motorcycles. But after many experiences, only here, I feel I have been treated correctly. This team.really know how to deal with the bike. They offer professional and reasonably priced services. James is very good and patient. Thank you, Simon and all the team members, for your great empathy.
