Just had my son's 10th birthday party at PNL today. Mike, Greg, Ashley, and the team there made it a great day for the kids. We did the 50 cal for the kids and they all had a great day with one kid now dreaming of going pro, lol! My son is still smiling from ear to ear after his experience today. THANK YOU PNL!!!! Another benefit other than a great time, the kids are all exhausted and easily going to bed, lol
When I walked into the business, no one greeted me or offered assistance. Most of the staff continued talking among themselves and ignored my presence. Only one woman after several minutes asked if I had filled out a waiver, but there was no further effort to be helpful or welcoming. Out of everyone I interacted with, only two people those working in the field were genuinely friendly and respectful.
