went there today and was disappointed. The service is usually great, but today my appointment was at 5:15 and they called to move it to 6 because they were busy — and even then, they attended me late. My nails didn’t turn out as I expected, and once I got home, I noticed many small details that weren’t done carefully. The design feels rushed and not well finished.
Cecilia was warm, professional and excellent with the massage and cleaning. She checked every time she’s about to start any process to be sure I was ok and explained what is being done.
