I honestly hate leaving bad reviews, but the situation was extremely hurtful. I contacted her to get a quote for a home. At first she was really nice and responsive. She ended up having to go out and I gave her a lockbox code so she could access the house for a quote. The day she was supposed to go out, I never once herad from her. Nothing telling me she was on her way, or that she had been there. So I gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited till later that evening to contact her.
