I’m honestly not too sure how to feel about this place. It really sucks for patients that can’t choose their dental offices because the list is so limited for individuals who are on and medical assistance disability insurance. It also is a challenge that dentist offices make you feel stuck because of the insurance you’re on meaning they cant do certain services because my insurances doesn’t cover a lot. Being stubborn as I am..,I waited too long for a dental appointment, and I put off what I should have taken care of a LONG TIME AGO! NO MATTER!!? Dr. Lee took care of me and he helped my aversion for pain..took GREAT CARE of me.. The ladies that work here are top drawer..helped me with my insurance and my medications and my peace of mind and that's PRICELESS.. YOU WILL MEET ANGELS BEHIND THE COUNTER.. Unbelievable experience I love going to the dentist and especially this dentist with Dr. Lee. I had a lady Dr. Asian today and treated me with the worst dignity. She was very rude telling me not to talk when she’s talking and she thought that I bit her finger on purpose just very unprofessional I would not recommend seeing her But the hygienist and the gals at the desk are awesome. The team at PL Dental consistently demonstrate resourcefulness and knowledge in linking insurance with clientele. They never make me feel like an inconvenience. I rely on them to manage my surgical dental procedures when I typically require sedation.
Amanda and Dr. Lee are great!!! The girlfriend went to have some teeth pulled and had some previous trauma from an old dentist that made her very anxious to even see a dentist... well Amanda went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and not afraid! And dont even get me started on Dr. Lee... man has to be the quickest tooth puller in the state!!! Had 3 teeth out in under 2 minutes with minimal pain! This is the place to go for great dental work!
