Dont waste your time here. We found bed bugs on the bed and owner refused to accept that and was very rude (customer service skill none). We didn’t felt comfortable staying there and left and he refused to refund.
Should have checked reviews before booking. We had a terrible experience there, we booked two rooms, there were bed bugs on both the rooms, when complained, they refused that they were bed bugs, all the staffs we extremely rude, wasn’t listening to our concerns at all and his only defence was “what did you expect in rainforest forest?” Well… not bed bugs.. we left right away and booked elsewhere, there are lots of helpful, good and CLEAN accommodation around the place, we highly recommend to not book here at all and look for... read more
I was very disappointed with my stay here as staffs were rude, unfriendly and inconsiderate. The rooms were overpriced given the maintenance of the amenities and rooms. I would recommend looking for an alternative option if available even if you have to pay slightly more.
PK’s Jungle Village is a must-stay spot, perfectly located where the rainforest meets the reef. They truly have something for everyone, from solo travellers, couples, and families, to campers, including convenient parking. Big shoutout to the manager Victor (a genuinely good person) and the amazing crew: Chris, Moe, Rene, and everyone I met there! They went above and beyond to make me feel right at home. Do not stay here, chose any another campsite and you’ll be better off. Check-in was a nightmare. We stayed about 2 hours and left as the place is filthy and very old. We rather lose our money than staying the night. The kitchen was disgusting and the bathrooms unclean. Very overpriced! The location is very convenient and right next to the beach, that must be the only plus.
