This was my first time using them. I was very disappointed because they ended up losing my dress pants… I didn’t think I would have to take the ticket in with me because most places that I’ve used. I just would go in and tell him my name because they make you pay before you leave. Well I get in there and tell him my name and they couldn’t find my pants. I told them that I would never be using them again which I was actually about to give them more service by getting a dress altered, but now I’ll take my business elsewhere.
I really appreciate the work that PK did. I simply had one pair of jeans that I liked but hadn’t worn in a long time because they were just way too long. Finally got myself over to get them altered and within a short period of time PK had them fixed right up. They’re the perfect length and look so professional. I’m mad at myself for not going sooner. Would definitely recommend his alterations service. Thank you.

It's amazing how about 3 people with attitudes or inferior complexes can ruin a small business rating, when everyone else gives 5 star ratings. It's very few people with attitudes or inferior complexes that can ruin the rating. People just being messy.
