I called two weeks ago and have yet to receive a return call. Disappointed. Since posting this I have heard from the office and am planning to see them soon. Based upon my conversation I am confident of good service going forward.
Even though I decided not to purchase devices I was impressed with the professionalism extended during examination.
Yuck and yuck
This was the second set of hearing aids, I needed to buy. So carefully I went to 3 recommended places.All did some testing with 2 pushing only one brand. Pat was different, she not only listened carefully, she had me demo. many brands and models, till I found the model that worked best for me. Here pricing was in line or less then the others. That was last year and the follow up and adjustments have been great.
