This place is a joke they buy jacked up campers and try to tell you they are wholesale, Tom is a joke he told me how do you expect me sell something for 100 dollars and fix it for a thousand even though the warranty was supposed to cover it. You buy a camper here expect it to leak and then they tell you the factory put on the wrong seals you better have about three boxes of caulking ready. I loved working with Aaron buying our camper. He was an awesome salesman, as is everyone over in mineral wells. But the service team is awful with terrible customer service. Ending up buying an extended warranty with them, had an appointment to get it serviced before winter on November 30th. When brought down (we live about an hour away) they said it would be a few hours. We opted to leave our camper so they could work at it at their convenience. I would not buy a RV from Tom Graham! We bought a used RV he said that it was like new. The axel was bent , it was filthy dirty, we took it back he kept it for two weeks said it was cleaned and axel fixed. We started down the road and it was still jumping around. He never fixed the axel and now won't give us our money back. Said it was a as is sale! He's was very rude to my wife and daughter. We have complaints with the BBB.
