Was referred to PK from Eric at Prius Off-road (check them out for cool Prius lift kits and outdoor adventuring mods) for a preventative head gasket replacement on my Prius. I was under a big time crunch and Josh was both very helpful and accommodating in guiding towards the right maintenance work and accommodating my situation. JMM was super helpful! The interface of my car screen wasn’t working and instead of charging me a diagnostic fee to confirm something obvious they helped me with the problem right away. They told me where to buy the replacement (about $250) and then charged me only $100 bucks to install it. Had I gone to the dealer it would have cost probably over $800. I’m so grateful I found their shop to do repairs!
