Service in Shawnee location is extremely lacking. Help in the show room takes more than 20 minutes and I was the only customer in the lobby and walked through looking in the offices while the manager and the staff sat around laughing and playing on their computer and phones. It's definitely not equal to the Grisoms service.
Picked up so parts for a lawn tractor. Great staff, they know what they are doing, better than other places I have gone. Very clean story and not over packed in the store front.
Horrible people to deal with all I needed were some extender hydraulic lines and the service lady wouldn't even walk outside to look at my hydraulic lines i was wanting add on to said i had to take them off and bring them in!!!! The piece of equipment she would have to see was literally right outside the door will NEVER do business with them again. Lazy
