I ordered a zero turn from sumner p and k on May 18th. It was not a simple easy experience and I wish I’d never ordered a tractor from this Johndeere dealer. I still don’t have a tractor or a delivery date. I’m just confused what’s going about the whole situation. I called waverly dealer and they said they could have me a tractor in two days.
Dealt with Eric Green on an out of state purchase of a compact tractor. He sent over more information and videos promptly. Was willing to move the tractor to a different store for more convenient pickup and meet after hours on a weekend. Hard to find these days out of a salesman. Absolutely will do business with him in the future.
