I am extremely satisfied with P & K Midwest. Made my life easier by picking up and delivering my zero turn lawn mower at a reasonable cost. Had the lawn mower serviced quickly and even called me prior to replacing the blades to ensure that I knew the cost. The company has great customer service educates and has earned my return service for next year! Additionally P & K made my mower look like new with a fresh wash at no additional cost.

I've been a customer there since 1974. Most of the staff as well as the ownership of the store, has changed, however the quality of service & John Deere products has not changed. We are fortunate to have them in our community.
Needed Oil Filters my John Deere 475,went online and placed order.I wanted Oem stuff,plenty knock offs online don't want those.The website was easy to order said 23 in stock. 1 HOUR later I receive a call there aftermarket filters they have,not Oem. I'm glad for call but its disappointing cant get OEM filter from a John Deere Dealer Local, wasted my time this is why Amazon gets so much business unfortunately.!!
