I originally liked P&K as they have worked on our furnace a few times. Well done last week they installed a gas valve on Friday and it started acting funny Monday and went out. I called Pat multiple times and left multiple messages and a text without a response from him.i called another company who responded quickly and came to look at my furnace. The gas valve that was put in by Pat was sucking gas and not blowing as it should. He used regular Teflon tape for the gas pipe threads which isn't acceptable. To make a long story... read more
Not professional at all. Charged me and did not fix the problem.
Great people 3 years ago my Azc died in 90° weather came that evening and replaced it. Two days before Thanksgiving my Furnace went out, the next morning he came and replaced the Furnace. Great company, very responsive, competitive prices. And very knowledgeable. Highly recommend
Just an A+ Company with an honest and straightforward owner. Extremely knowledgeable and found and fixed things that our previous Heating and Air Company never mentioned.
Our contractor recommended this company. WOW!- Glad he did 💪 The heating AND cooling systems we needed in our structure were not typical. There were some obstacles in our new building, however it was completed very neatly, efficiently and priced very reasonably. They were available ( very approachable and friendly) for any questions we had. We are very happy with their work and recommend this company for anyone looking for heating and A/C experts!!
