I decided to take on repairing a suspected head gasket failure myself after expensive initial repairs failed to address the issue and various repair quotes magically ballooned. Peter decked and cleaned the cylinder head and vacuum tested the valves for just $88 - barely more than the bill of materials had I done the DIY-dodgy myself. While I won't be earning my mechanical license anytime soon (because my car is still leaking coolant), I have no doubt that Peter did an excellent job at a great price, giving me the best chance... read more
