had insterment cluster problems on a 5420 john deere and googled to see to if one was avalible. poteau okla.showed to have one.. drove from van buren arkansas to poteau.okla. one wasn't availible so oredred one. no one called a week later so i drove to poteau okla. they had one and when i opened up the box i found it had been used. i wrote a check for 746.38 and they said i had to wait for a check from p/k i said i would go to fort smith ar. and order another one. i paid for another one and a week later or so it came in to p... read more

Terrible customer service, it's a shame that a company with as big of a history as John Deere even associates itself with PK Equipment. Tony Herrington and B Wright, you need to hone in your customer service skills!
