After reading the owners response to my first review, I have to say I am still not impressed with your establishment. And I'll tell you why: when I called to inquire about getting my Kubota fixed, your technician should have said that they no longer had anyone there that worked on Kubota. But instead he insisted that he had never worked on our Kubota and at the end of the conversation he told me that he wasn't going to argue with me. I have had my tractor at this establishment many times for repairs. But now, all of a sudden, they don't recall the repairs and they no longer work on Kabota tractors!!! Really?! What a joke!
Spent 25 minutes walking around the showroom and lot. Crickets. Figured you didn’t need my 30K, so I gave it to a business who made me feel like part of their family; Wright Tractors LLC. Wright Tractor answers their phones, engages with anyone who walks their lot, returns a dang phone call. Hey green and yellow, how hard it is to respect a potential customer? Btw, I left my yellow at your lot and took my green to Wright Tractor.
