Bear and Chris are crazy good at there job in parts! They will 100% make you feel welcome and they are knowledgeable on everything Deere!
They have gotten help there now and is better than before.
If I could leave zero stars I would !!! 2 “sales associates” treated my fiancée and myself like absolute garbage. We came in from California to purchase a skid steer for our new ranch in Oklahoma, and they behaved as if we came in asking for free equipment. They refused to help us and did not try to help us. Thankfully we went across the street to Kubota where we were treated amazing and got to purchase our new equipment. Too bad a great company like John Deere has such horrible customer service.
Bought a new Stihl weed eater. The staff built it, tested it, and asked if I had any questions about it. Eric is personable. The whole staff is professional and friendly.
Had a hiccup with a water pump installed, the service got it all straightened out. I am very happy with the results. Thank you very much.
