I would like to take a moment of appreciation for sales representative Randy Atha. My father bought a used hay mower as is. Not even .25 acres in of cutting hay and the blades flew off the hay mower. He took it down there this morning and told Randy of the issue. Randy went above and beyond to address the concern.
