IMPACT BUILDERS/PK DEVELOPMENTS/PK BUILDERS They don't pay. Be careful. They use you until they don't need you after you do a couple of units, They kick you out. Chad, Dave, Curtis, and keith are all the same. Don't get hired from their kijiji ads.
Pk don't pay. Invoiced for 4300 they gouged their back charges all the way to 1900 off my cheque. 200 for admin fees, 180 for 2 hours of cleaning. 180 for bulkheads I didn't finish that they paid me 100 to finish other guys. Then made me sign a release to get my cheque which was very late saying I cannot put a lien.
We have been working with PK development for over 18 years now and the team is extremely professional, easy to work with. Payment are consistent with in the terms laid out.
