These mechanics are top notch. Took in my modified 350z and they figured out the problem and fixed it promptly. They could have easily said there was more of a problem and did unnecessary repairs and charged more. But instead they described the problem and repaired it and recommended preventative measures in the future. I wouldn’t hesitate bringing in a vehicle for repairs or suggest going to PJW Automotive to anyone. Great job guys..🙂
PJW consistently provides great service. I have found it easy to get an appointment, and when I request a rental, it is ready when I arrive. I have taken my 2010 HHR to PJW for oil changes and tune-ups since I bought it, and it's still running great. 2019 Update: Sadly, PJW has closed its doors for good.
Swung in here because it was near me when my brake light suddenly turned on and they were very nice. Explained to me that I should get my brakes looked at soon and topped off my brake fluid.
I have never serviced my car here, but based on the kindness and generosity of Pat when I was in a jam with my vehicle, I can tell this is a reputable establishment and I would happily do business here 10 times over. Thanks again!
I had several issues with my f150 that required a great deal of troubleshooting. Mike communicated with me to update me on the status all along the way. They diagnosed the problems and let me know what my options were. I had a great experience and will be bringing my vehicles back to them in the future. Prices were fair and they got me on the schedule in short order.
