I am not a client just a victim of this company's negligence. PJs Pools and Concrete Pumping Services Inc ( same trucks for both) as carrying stones/gravel without any tarp and I received several dings on my windshield from them. The owner Pierre Lareau showed no remorse to the situation nor was inclined to start using tarp on his trucks. This incident has cost me a lot of stress and time. I am sure that I am not the only one that suffered from their negligence.
PJ pools I have not received a response from the email sent on 6/13/2025 regarding the epoxy that was spilled on my auto cover and the broken tiles from your employees chiseling the old plaster,so could you please let me know how this is going to be handled. The absolute worst! These guys "opened" my pool. PJ, the owner and an employee were on site. I had to spend two hours helping them because they couldn't figure out how to attach the railings and diving board. They didn't vacuum! They didn't even attempt to balance the chemistry. They didn't turn on the heater, unless you count pressing the on button. It was not working, and needed repairs which I wound up doing myself, they didn't bother to check it, at all.
