I own a 2nd hm in Bozeman that I occasionally rent out when not in MT. Yesterday on my way to SLC for a conference my guests noticed the hot water in the townhouse was only lukewarm. Then turned cold. PJ’s put in the water heater in late ‘22. But I had not drained it to remove minerals since. A technician was out today drained the unit & replaced the bottom element so my guests could enjoy hot showers after a hike. This was all accomplished quickly & efficiently while I was out of town for work.
Dakota resolved my issue in minutes flat and explained the operation of circuit reset valves that may be an issue to my hot water, or lack there of.
PJ’s is incredibly professional. The technician, Dakota, was efficient and kind. The scheduling department was prompt and everyone communicated clearly throughout.
