Customer support: I didn’t get work completed by PJ’s, but I had a good experience worth sharing. I’m looking to buy a septic tank, PJ’s doesn’t carry those in inventory but they gave me several companies in the area along with phone numbers who are suppliers… This is a company that is about the customer need, not just making a buck. It’s hard to find companies who ‘hear’ the customer and try to help even if it’s not with them. If I have work in the future that they do perform, they’ll be at the top of my list.
I have had a wonderful experience with the team over at PJ's. Brodie is a fantastic boiler tech who really knows his stuff. Lacey and Jody (Judy? Oh no, my review is losing merit by the second) are incredible on the office side and their customer service is top notch. They go above and beyond at PJ's to work through any issues that arise. I would recommend PJs in a heartbeat to anyone with boiler issues or anyone who wants service they can rely on. I'm very grateful for them.
