I’ve worked with PJs several times over the last couple years and they have been great. They have been available when I needed them and communication has been great. Their technicians show up on time with well equipped trucks and the knowledge needed for the job. I am in a similar trade and in the same area, but I recommend PJs to my customers when I am unable to get there quickly enough and they have come through every time.
Fair pricing and great service. We had a tankless water heater fail and got a replacement in 2 days. Install took half day and they cleaned up well too.
They came out to clear a drain clog. Brought a bunch of trainees. Guessing the trainees distracted the main plumber; they got water to flow and left, but they didn't run multiple toilet flushes or run the shower for an extended period of time. $300. Next morning drain immediately started backing up again. Another $300 to R&R the toilet, and another $300 to clear the drain they failed to clear the first time. I am writing a review to warn potential customers of PJ Plumbers “Project Billing” so they are not shocked like I was when the bill is presented and the price is out of line. If you plan to work with them get their “Project Price” before they do the work. I was a customer of PJ Plumbers years ago but last year I called them to do a simple job. Same day service to fix my clogged sink! While they were here my wife had them address a number of little things and when they left, everyone was happy. Glad to have worked with PJ’s.
