Extremely rude employees. Wslk into your home font say hello and will yell out the window at you. Far from professional.
Park on the street not our private parking lot. There are signs. Not hard. Plumber looked like he just got out of prison.
I’ve worked with PJs several times over the last couple years and they have been great. They have been available when I needed them and communication has been great. Their technicians show up on time with well equipped trucks and the knowledge needed for the job. I am in a similar trade and in the same area, but I recommend PJs to my customers when I am unable to get there quickly enough and they have come through every time.
Fair pricing and great service. We had a tankless water heater fail and got a replacement in 2 days. Install took half day and they cleaned up well too.
