Eastern Oregon Towing & Recovery hit a home run for my family recently. They hustled to The Dalles to pick up my daughter and her broke down car. I know they specialize in large accidents - but they helped out with this little job no problem and were extremely professional with my young daughter who had never dealt with this type of vehicle challenge. I called Eastern Oregon towing & Recovery because our truck broke down pulling our 5th wheel trailer on cabbage hill heading westbound. These guys were great responding pretty quickly as they were working on another Truck. They communicate with us the whole way always letting us know what was going on. As we were a family of 5 they had to tow the truck and trailer separate. They took our trailer to our RV spot in Pendleton and dropped it off. I can tell from my experience i was need it a part but i was too far and they were about to close, the guy on the phone was really help full I have explained what I need so he walker to check the what I need and tell me I can buy for cheap in Lowes then spending 170$ from them and waiting until next day when they open Haven’t driven in but being help over the phone
