Desk positioned where you have to open drivers door. Only way to get out of my car was for door to touch the desk, I should have just left than. I asked Joe to leave my car door open, as he was slamming it. He slammed the door again. No sign that there is extra charge for using credit card. NEVER GO TO THIS DUMP!
It was ok but l felt uncomfortable like the guy thought I was going to rob him he wouldn't do much untill I paid him he seemed like he didn't want to take my bank card and looked at my id for a long while before running my card . The price was good and it was in a convenient location but very judge mental
Was able to drive right in and testing began within about two minutes after answering a couple of questions. I suspect on year and model of vehicle, system dictates exactly what tests are required. A quick connection to the OBD2 port and test of fuel cap and my test was completed. Paid my money ($18 ) and received printed test results and off I went. Renewed registration immediately upon return home using online process and results were uploaded. Very easy process conducted in a professional manner.
Called a couple weeks ago to ask the price and the guy tells me $18 even cash or card.. go there today and they have a .72 cent charge for cards. I know .72 cents isn’t much, but it’s the principal of it. When I told the employee he did and said nothing about it. Needless to say, I won’t be coming here again.
3 stars, it was quick and affordable. He asked me if it's been driven for at least 15mins I replied yes and also told him that I just picked it up from Larry h Miller they replaced the main computer at which he didn't have anything to say. He charged me the $18.00 then tells me it didn't pass, proceeds to ask me if the vehicle has been worked on. if it's the case it resets couple of sensors and the car needs to be driven for 20 miles city and freeway driving before doing the emmision test.
