I have always went here for my highlights and had no problem, but I had a bad experience on January 28, 2021. I got highlights done and after I got home I noticed my hair was burnt and my highlights are a brassy color instead of blonde. I had to go get my hair cut to get the burnt ends off. Very disappointed in this place. Never again will I go here.......😡
