I've been driving since 1973 and have frequented many car washes over the years. This was the worst car wash that I've ever experience. No one rides in my car except me so the back seat is never used; the same for the passenger seat other than putting my purse. I must admit that the driver area of the car that I use was in need; this is one of the reasons that I went to the car wash and paid for the inside to be done. Has gone downhill from my first experience. Paid for the works and car was not vacuumed and there were many missed spots and lack of quality based on advertised services. Maybe my expectations are too high but it’s is not cheap for 5 minutes of cleaning.

Got the gold wash which includes vacuuming. They didn’t touch the back seats or floor of my car when I asked them to just vacuum a little more. Waste of money

I would have given a 0. I had my prescription sunglasses on my visor which was down while my car went through the car was. It would have taken 1 second to remove them but instead the worker smashed the visor up and broke them. The glasses were very visible. I showed them, showed them the receipt for the glasses but they would do nothing. Therefore I had to buy new sunglasses PRESCRIPTION! 150.00 MORE. I will never go there again. How irritating and irresponsible!
