wasted over $20 at this car wash late at night and machine didn’t work. There were no staff on site to assist, and no one answered the phone when I called the next day. For the price they charge, the service is extremely disappointing. In comparison, other local car washes — such as Wash My Car at 960 Woodville Rd, Villawood charge only $2 for standard wash or $4 by card, and all their machines work properly without any malfunctions. Definitely not worth the money here.
Terrible service, I won’t be returning. I took my car through the touchless car wash and it came out dusty, in essentially the same condition it went in. I then had to pay extra to wash the car myself just to get it clean. I don’t mind using the self-wash facilities, but I shouldn’t have had to after paying for a touchless wash. When I called to raise this, the man on the phone spoke over me and immediately said he would not provide a refund. Best Car wash in Condell Park.
Price seems to go up every week at this place. $8 now for 5mins is a rip i think. Especially coz you are using more than one selection wheels/soap/rinse. End up costing more.
