They are always helpful and super friendly whenever I go in, and they are pretty affordable when on a budget
Their shop rate is more than reasonable, they use OEM parts (unless you request otherwise), thoroughly check your vehicle to identify potential problems, guarentee parts and labor, have a quick turnaround and are honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. These are the reasons we've been with them for nearly seven years.
I thought I left a review on my last service, but I guess it didn't save. I just wanted to say PJ'S is a great company. I have brought my vehicles here and I am always satisfied with the services provided!
Called to get a quote and made an appointment over the phone. I provided make/model/trim. Quoted $125. When I get to the shop, The price becomes $150. The service writer acts as if the price change is not a big deal. (This place actually changed a headlamp for free for me once - So I called it even). A couple of hours later I get a call and the price goes to $225 because he didn't write the service correctly. He admitted his mistake but no apologies / No care.
