Very nice people and very good at the job! The prices are more then reasonable and they are very recommended from me. Will definitely be seeing them again.
Called PJs Appliance for a repair on an oven about two weeks ago. This company has been the most helpful company I have ever delt with. The oven was acting up (again) and after having three different companies out to try to fix it, and they got my oven replaced. They were accomidating to my schedule and called before getting to my home. The tech was polite and very kind, Phyllis (in the office) called GE on my behalf more than once and was very understanding when I called. PJ's was over an hour late for my scheduled appointment, and no one called to let me know. It was one of those "be home during this time" appointments that I'd taken a half day off of work to be home for. I called at 5:00 PM when no one showed, and I left a message. No call back until the service guy calls 15 minutes from my house (at 6:00 PM). They said he would call 30 minutes beforehand. The service guy was polite and apologetic.
