Biased and was completely ran by the other lawyer. You , that lawyer my lawyer are all crooks and ruin people’s lives over you lack of work! Do not contribute your money to these people they all work together .
I have had experience with multiple mediators prior to PJD and unfortunately I had the same experience with this firm as other reviewers, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Mediator was biased, spent ~5 minutes with me and 2 hours with my ex. Advised against everything I asked for and sided with my ex, openly hostile towards me. I didn't listen to this BAD advice and walked away. Follow up from court: I won EVERYTHING I asked for in mediation, take it to the courts men!
Shady mediator. It's been three years since my ex and I met with her, but her lack of clarity and attention to detail, not to mention lack of hearing my concerns led me to being "awarded" 90% of the marital debt instead of the usual 50%. Along with my attorney, Andrea Dalton, I was urged to accept a settlement that didn't sound right to me, but as I read back my concerns they assured me that my understanding was correct. The judge determined differently. I highly recommend you find someone else for fair mediation.
