Honestly 10/10 professionalism. Very friendly and informative; they keep you in the loop as to what's going on. Top of the line equipment. On time and hard working. They fixed and explained a drainage issue I've had from septic backup for two years now. Two other companies just left me in the dust without answers. I'd highly recommend. The guys that came out for the job were Pickle (Grant) and Otho. I've been really stressed, so it's nice to have solid people show up. Hard honest workers are hard to find these days.
PJB was nothing less than amazing! Megan was absolutely wonderful when speaking to her over the phone and answering every question I needed answer. When Justin arrived to fix my gas fireplace he was very professional and explained everything I needed to do in regards to maintenance when it came to my fireplace. He was extremely kind and patient with me which I really appreciated. Customer service was fantastic overall! Thank you PJB!!!
I started to use PJB Mechanical about 6 years ago when I noticed PJB was fixing the water heater at Thompson community centre. My experience with the company has been great. I recently contracted the company to install a dual fuel system because of the Fortis BC rebate. From planning to installation and obtaining rebate everything has gone smoothly. Thanks to Gerry, Dan and Steve. Great work.
PJB Mechanical been my go to for plumbing for the last 20 + years. Called them out for blocked drain. Came out the next day. Great work done by Justin. Very satisfied with the service and work provided..
Best plumbers!!! They always have such good energy and they get the job done with care and attention. Will definitely be calling them again.
