Made the 3.5 hour drive to pick up the new trailer as discussed on the phone that I left a deposit for. I was told they do a basic check over as I did not need or require a safety inspection being from out of province. Was told they would have trailer ready for pick up the following day. Doing a walk around before I finalized the paperwork, found the trailer plug and light cord damaged, obviously wasn’t checked, but not a big deal they said they would get it replaced, kept reassuring me that this isn’t how they do business. ... read more
I really appreciated Danny help on an issue I was having. He took the time to call his workmate and fix the issue and sent me the correction. This wasn’t even his job technically. He went the extra mile which is great! Got good service!
Bought a trailer about eight months ago so far so good couple minor things but Dietrich was very supportive and sorted all our requests out in a timely matter
