Worst company, terrible customer service. Cute pjs but HORRIBLE company…. If you want to have a terrible customer experience, then pj salvage is for you…. So sad to see companies that don’t care about their customers and only care about the bottom line.
After noticing a mistake in the sizing of one of my items immediately upon checking out, I instantly contacted the company's customer support to request a size change from xs to medium. An automated chatbot told me there was nothing they could do, I was stuck with the product as final sale. I asked to speak to a representative, and she also told me there was nothing she could do and to "donate it to charity." what happened to your company! I have been investing in PJ Salvage for close to 20 years and the material has always been so soft and thick. My last order arrived a few weeks ago and the material is thin and cheap! I washed the pajama's for the first time and 2 buttons came off! What happened to your wonderful company with the soft thick material???? On top of it, I can't get anyone from PJS to call me back
They used to have quality pajamas now they’re absolute garbage and made in China! Don’t buy them. They’re garbage and they’re made out of shitty plastic material now.
Horrible. I bought a robe and tried to return it. No one will answer your phone calls. You will be stuck in a maddening go-nowhere dialogue with a text bot. What a scam!!! Avoid at all costs! I’m stuck with a product I don’t want. This sucks!
