P.J. Salvage is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I purchased a flamingo sweater.It was the absolute worst piece of garbage fabric i've ever had. Purchased about November 2025 for Christmas gift. Wore it twice after opening on christmas, completely balled up piled up fabric after wearing two times. This is a negative minus review!! I love PJ salvages items ; it’s all I wear) I usually buy from my local boutique , Nordstrom or Amazon. Never ever will I purchase or support them again. I bought two pajama sets , there was a discount code , it wouldn’t work, I called , there is no customer support. Then my cart says there is a “free blanket” I didn’t want it , but i just rescued a pup from the shelter so I’ll use it. Horrible AI driven customer service - refusing returns at the holiday. Do not buy from this merchant if you expect to be able to return crazy sized clothing
This company is a joke! There is no CUSTOMER SERVICE! They take your order online, ship it to you and then they give you AI robots and their website is continually crashing! Do not order from this company!!
