Had strata work done by this company and the work was not complete and left for weeks incomplete while my front yard remained a mess. The concreter was not able to complete his job due to the plumbing work being incomplete although the plumber was under the impression it was “complete.” I was patient with this company while there was a few weeks of rain and in the end they stuffed me around with incomplete work. I contacted this company initially because it was listed in the Strata trades contact for any repair and maintenance. I booked a service call in to replace two flush valve since one snapped so I would do both since they are roughly the same age. Booking appointment no problem and on the day the tradesman rang me just before the appointment time and said he will be running a little bit late because he needs to pick up the parts from plumbing stores so they arrived later than the agreed time. Great service. Tradesman arrived on time and was efficient. He explained the reason for my problem and fixed it quickly. Pricing was excellent. Well worth it.
