I have to appreciate Brett from Linskey Home Services who resolved and fixed problems on my home plumbing system in a full professional manner. He talks with a very polite and gentle explanation of the problem and how it will be fixed and the cost it takes.
Brett was such a great contractor to work with from start to finish. We initially only planned to do one plumbing project, but after meeting him, we decided to tackle everything at once because we know great contractors are hard to find. The only thing above the quality of his work product are his communication skills. Brett provided timely estimates, a clear project plan, and always kept us in the loop on progress. We highly recommend him for any plumbing needs!
Brett Linskey came out to our residence due to a leak in my ceiling. He located the source and went to work. He was thorough throughout the whole situation he was quick and explained as he when along. Very nice guy. I will definitely call on him again. I found Mr. Linskey through his listing as a "Rinnai Pro" on the Rinnai tankless water heater website. I had changed out my tank type water for a Rinnai unit a year ago, using the plumber who had originally done the work in my home when I built it in 1983. The fellow had understandably retired and after a year's experience with the unit I wanted to incorporate a recirculating option to decrease the wait time for hot water. Brett has been a godsend. He has installed our toilets and our new water heater. He is quick and thorough, and just a pleasure to work with. We are planning on installing a new basement bathroom and will definitely be using his services.
