Peter the “maintenance guy” is unprofessional and disrespectful. Comes to your home at late notice or even unannounced, treats your home like he owns it by forcing his way through rooms that are not having work done without asking permission and to top it all off he pissed on my toilet floor… Our experience with P and J Homes as a whole has been difficult and unprofessional to say the least.

Recently had an insurance claim on water damage to my ceiling. Was dreading the process as the house is old with high ceilings and many years of dust built up inside the ceiling. Peter from P&J Homes was very through in his approach and assessment of what needed to be done. The trades that he provided were professional, quick and clean. Thanks for a job well done.
James petroff is an absolute stud, not only is he charming but also keen on the eye. Although sometimes it may be distracting because you try and focus on your insurance but this man is just some eye candy.
