PJ Glass was amazing! They took the time to carefully explain everything to me, including exactly how much I needed to pay myself and how much would be covered by ICBC. That really gave me peace of mind. On top of that, they even lent me a car to use while mine was being fixed — super convenient and such a lifesaver! The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Definitely a 5-star experience and I highly recommend them!
I initially had my windshield replaced at Tricity Mitsubishi by PJ as he works with the dealership. It’s been over a year and I recently noticed a minuscule leak. I contacted the dealership and they booked me an appointment right away with PJ. He was super friendly and took care of the issue seamlessly! A car wash, vacuum and a little treat were totally unexpected! I highly recommend this place.
I recently worked met John and got to work with him through my work. He helped re-seal a HV battery on a vehicle I was working on. He is a super great person. He offered to show me different techniques on how to cut through the urethane which will make my life easier in the future. He then showed and explained the best way to clean up the old urethane to create a nice sealing surface. Once the urethane bead was completed, he helped re-install the battery cover. PJ helped me book the fastest available appointment. Helped with checking my windshield chip and informed me that it had already been repair(which I had forgotten about). Still, he took the time to apply additional glue to help flatten the surface. He is very professional, and service is above and beyond.
