John is amazing! Such a kind hearted, genuine and extremely knowledgeable mechanic. He repaired a crack in my windshield within 5 minutes. He is so welcoming - coffee, juice, air conditioned office and seems to always have a smile on his face. Thank you for everything John, I will most definitely be back. :)
One of the things that I appreciate most about the North American Canadian culture in the service industry is good customer service. I've gone to PJ's 3 times now and will continue to go for lifetime, because pj upholds this culture to the highest degree. I brought my Mitsubishi Montero to him, which is quite a dated car.
