Horrible customer service. They "misplaced" my watch and then questioned me if I really dropped it off. Basically gaslighting me the entire time.

Excellent family owned jewelry store! They handle estate heirloom jewelry and custom pieces designed and made in house. They are both extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding and creating the beautiful jewelry you are looking for. My husband and I have gone there several times over the past 3 years and I have added some exquisite pieces to my collection that I enjoy on a daily basis. They also remember me and my family and always ask how we are doing adding that truly personal touch to their service.

I brought in a wristwatch that needed a few links removed from the wristband. When I described what I needed, the person behind the counter said, “We cannot remove the links from a stretch wristband,” offering no further explanation and expressing no regret at not being able to do the job. I took the watch to another watch repair place in Ardmore, and they removed the links in less than five minutes at a very low price.
