I have been getting the run around for over a year after completing a chapter 13 bankruptcy. Mrs. Franklin “lost” paperwork that was needed in order for my case to be discharged. Because of this, the case was dismissed instead and I now have past creditors coming back to me for money owed. I have contacted her office numerous times about the issue and have been told that they were “working on it.” As of late, I have not been able to get anyone to call me back. Stay clear of this attorney.
