The team at PJ Fitzpatrick (formerly BathPro) did an amazing job replacing our tile shower with a Kohler system. From start to finish, the service was excellent. I was so impressed by the care they took to protect everything; they completed the whole project without damaging the surrounding tile floor or the ceiling. Had PJ roofing out to take a look at replacing our roof. He was supposed to send out the estimates he gave via email. He did not. Called in and they said that they would have the tech reach out. He has not and still have no estimates. I have heard nothing from them since that day. Needless to say I am not impressed and not happy with the service .
The crew was excellent! Friendly, they were meticulous in their work. The really did a great job ensuring everything was cleaned up. When they left everything was in its place where it belonged. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is two of the vans leaked oil and or transmission fluid in my driveway. The one stain is 4 feet long. Otherwise the team was fantastic.
Over the years my wife and I have purchased, lived in and done a lot of renovating on 10 houses. Hiring contractors to help us has been very hit or miss. PJ Fitzpatrick was by far the best contractor we have ever worked with. We had 14 windows replaced. Every interaction with them was exactly as promised, they even beat their estimated install date by several weeks.
