Samsung instructed me to bring my device into this business. After providing a detailed transcript of the instructions required to repair my device, unfortunately it was not followed, items received and device not repaired. not surprised at poor reviews, my Samsung Side by Side refrigerater has a problem and expected them to come and service it,they are the servicing agent in cairns.This is still under full warranty.They wouldnt even come and look at and said they wanted nothing to do with it..This above comment from the Warranty company.Well thats a new one, the fridge is 2 yrs old. ???????????
