Teresita was so lovely. My house is an absolute nightmare to park at and she was so patient and ran around the streets with me trying to find parking. She was great at checking in with me throughout the clean.
Their move out cleaning service covered everything I needed. The staff arrived on time, did a great job with the clean and communicated well throughout the day.
We used this company several years ago, and they were punctual, thorough and kept to time. This time, they overran by 2hs, missed many areas and had to reschedule by 24hs due to a late cancellation by one of their cleaners. The worst was the kitchen (many missed drawers) and the floor, which had a black substance left by their mop. Despite saying they bring all their own equipment, they asked to use our vacuum. Booking was easy. Cleaner was on time, polite and brought everthing needed with her.The apartment went from grubby to hotel room clean within the estimated time. Follow up call to check on satisfation. Overall great service.
